Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise using ArtistPush, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ArtistPush for an organisation or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ArtistPush provides tools for artists and authorised music teams to organise artist information, connect supported social and music accounts, prepare content, publish content through available APIs, manage public artist links, and view available account or content analytics. Features may vary by account, location, platform, permissions, and development stage.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and maintain current account details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach. Notify us immediately at support@artistpush.app if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not transfer, sell, or share an account in a way that compromises security or platform rules.

You may connect only accounts, profiles, channels, pages, or organisations that you own or are expressly authorised to manage. Connections are made through the platform’s official authorisation process. You can revoke access through the platform and, where available, disconnect it within ArtistPush.

You retain ownership of content you submit to ArtistPush. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and to carry out your publishing instructions.

You represent that you hold all rights, licences, releases, and permissions required for your content, including music, recordings, artwork, images, video, trademarks, names, and likenesses, and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights.

ArtistPush acts on the publishing choices you make. You are responsible for reviewing the final content, destinations, audience, timing, disclosures, and permissions before submission. Publication is not guaranteed: platforms may reject, delay, modify, remove, or limit content according to their systems and rules. You remain responsible for content after it is published.

Third-party services are independent from ArtistPush and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, community standards, music-licensing rules, and developer policies. We do not control their availability, review decisions, algorithms, data accuracy, account restrictions, or changes. Your use of ArtistPush does not replace your obligations to each connected platform.

You authorise ArtistPush to use connected-platform APIs within the scopes you approve to retrieve permitted information and perform actions you request. You agree not to use ArtistPush to circumvent API limitations, permission requirements, access controls, rate limits, reviews, or platform enforcement. API functionality may change or stop without notice when a platform modifies or withdraws access.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions over connected accounts; complying with advertising, endorsement, consumer, privacy, copyright, music, and other applicable laws; providing required disclosures; maintaining backups of important content; and ensuring authorised team members use the service properly.

You may not use ArtistPush to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; publish malware or harmful content; harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive others; distribute spam or manipulate engagement; impersonate another person; connect accounts without permission; scrape or reverse engineer the service; bypass security or rate limits; interfere with the service; or help anyone do any of these things.

ArtistPush and its software, interface, branding, logos, documentation, and original service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We may maintain, modify, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Publishing and analytics depend on networks and third-party APIs outside our control. We may impose reasonable usage, storage, or rate limits to protect users and the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtistPush is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; third-party platform actions; failed or delayed publications; or unauthorised use resulting from your failure to secure an account.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the preceding twelve months or EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You may stop using ArtistPush and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, security risk, unlawful conduct, harm to others, non-payment, platform requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Terms that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.

We may revise these Terms to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Portuguese and European Union law may hear disputes. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your country of residence remain unaffected.
